About the adventure

Reality is a lie, or at least, not the truth you think it is. When a mysterious order of spell‑slinging “Magi” begins rewriting the very laws of the world, you’re pulled into a hidden war between those who shape the weave and those trapped inside it. Most adventurers fight monsters. Tonight, you’ll fight the code behind them. Your party is awakened to the truth: the realm is a constructed illusion, a grand arcane simulation powered by ancient runes and maintained by Magi who don’t want their secrets exposed. To survive, you’ll need to learn impossible techniques, defy the physics of the world, and unleash magic in ways no wizard ever intended. Leap across rooftops, slow time with sheer willpower, parry arrows mid‑flight, and confront spell programs that adapt to your every move. Every encounter is cinematic, every choice bends the weave, and every victory brings you closer to the Magi’s hidden sanctum, where the final revelation waits. If you’re ready for high flying combat, reality breaking stunts, and a fantasy twist on one of the most iconic Sci‑Fi worlds ever imagined, step into Matrix of the Magi. Your mind is the weapon. Your will is the key. And the weave is yours to rewrite.

About me

As an organized and detail-oriented Game Master, I bring rich plot lines and immersive story elements to every campaign and one-shot. I specialize involving players seamlessly into the narrative to create cohesive, unforgettable adventures. With experience spanning decades, from my start with the basic Dungeons & Dragons to my deep love for 3.5 edition, I’ve honed my skills and storytelling craft over time. After returning to 5E four years ago, I’ve been hosting weekly online games that keep players engaged and coming back for more. Currently, I run campaigns using the 2024 Dungeons & Dragons rules with a blend of 2014, on the Shard Tabletop (VTT) platform. Let’s roll the dice and make stories come alive!

Safety

How DocApocalypse creates a safe table

We will have a Session 0 on my campaign discord, there won't be anything overtly sexual or over the top graphic gore in the game. We will take a short 10 minute break halfway through the game.
