Creating your character
Players will be referred to our official Gacha Gimmix Player's Guide that holds documentation covering all details in regard to getting started as a new player and creating their remoteer pc. We will use the appropriate Discord channels to relay this information in order to prep for upcoming sessions. Any questions or issues players may have in terms of understanding how the game works will be handled in the Discord, we have a kind and welcoming community who will be happy to provide help getting anyone started.
Briefing: Jace, your local town's Broadcast Captain (BC), wants a better understanding of all the recent rogue Gimmix incidents. He also wants you to help him find out why one of those rogue Gimmix was giving off a brilliant golden shimmer...
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Players are encouraged to have a clear working mic and a stable internet connection. Players are encouraged, but not required, to have gone over the basic rules of the game before playing but will be assisted in learning during play if not. Roll20 as well as Discord account (both free) are necessary. Familiarity with Roll20 encouraged but not required. Players will be required to take a look at the Player's Guide pdf to have a bare level understanding of character creation, which will be completed before a session starts.
What Gawd Mode brings to the table
Players will be given access to the Gacha Gimmix Player's Guide, containing all necessary info to learn how to play. Expeditions will take place within Roll20. Expect immersive imagery with some theater of the mind for roleplay, and high quality game boards and battle maps for combat. Players will receive their own Google Drive folder that stores their player character details as well as Gimmix sheets for those they have obtained.
