About the adventure
Souls are composed of two parts: Spirit and Essence. When one breaks or is taken out, the whole system breaks apart. Essence, apart from being everything about an individual that makes you who you are, is where the magic within you is located. When Oppeljar found out how to obtain the Essence of Magic and combine it with one's Essence, magic stopped being a gift and became a privilege. It is 300 years after the Day of Universal Arkana. You find yourselves in Bastion - a small town in the middle of nowhere, where the Arkane-touched haven't yet decided to attack. We need brave adventurers to put themselves in danger with the purpose of reversing the apocalypse. Bastion will always be back here waiting for you to share your findings and information. THE TRAIL FOR ESSENCE shares one same world with 2+ other player groups located in different locations within this apocalyptic world. Your decisions and consequences directly affect the world and the factions living within it.
