About me

Greetings, adventurer. I am the mind behind Wondersmith & Son, a professional Dungeon Master specializing in immersive long-form Dungeons & Dragons campaigns set within the Forgotten Realms. My tables are built for players seeking more than casual dungeon crawls. I run continuity-rich, character-driven adventures in a persistent version of Faerûn where your choices shape the world, factions remember your actions, and storylines evolve naturally over time. With multiple successful long-running campaigns and over a year of consistent weekly play across established groups, I focus on delivering a polished, reliable, and deeply engaging tabletop experience every session.

Character creation

Creating your character

Character Creation Characters are created collaboratively during or prior to Session 0 with an emphasis on party cohesion, campaign fit, and narrative integration. I work with each player to ensure their character concept has meaningful ties to the world and opportunities for personal development throughout the campaign. Backstories are encouraged and often woven directly into the larger narrative. Whether you arrive with a fully formed concept or only the spark of an idea, I am happy to help shape your character into someone who belongs in the world and matters within the story.

What to expect

Preparing for the session

Players should be respectful, collaborative, and engaged. This is a long-term campaign intended for committed players. Attendance and communication matter. Roleplay is encouraged but never forced. Rules knowledge is welcome; teamwork is essential.

Safety

How Age Wondersmith creates a safe table

Player Safety & Table Expectations Player comfort and trust are essential to a great game. All campaigns begin with a Session 0 where we establish expectations, discuss tone and themes, and review Lines & Veils to ensure everyone at the table feels safe and respected. My tables prioritize: Open communication Respect for boundaries Collaborative storytelling A welcoming environment for all players Challenging themes may exist within the story, but player wellbeing always comes before narrative.
