About the adventure
Our story takes place in 2065, west coast of the USA, the Time of the Red is still a recent memory, and for now Night City is the City of Dreams. Pacifica and the area formerly known as Dog Town is now a walled Corporate exec zone, with a sports stadium drawing the attention of roller derby enthusiasts far and wide to perform in brutal arena's. Martial arts tournements are held, and cybernetic olympic bouts are held within the walls of the EBM Stadium. Whether you're freshly chipped or a chrome jock given you've got the reputation or the eb, Pacifica is a place where you can gamble away your life, and make your dreams come true. Acid rain forecasts may rain on your otherwise nova day. Beyond the glitz and glam is a pollution thick, for gutterpunks, edgerunners, crooked cops, politicos and wage slaves. Everyones out to be somebody, make another eddie. You just gotta try not to get crushed under it all, whether you're roughing it in an alley, or cargo container this campaign will feature the following gameplay materials. Additionally our adventure will follow the adventures of Tales of the Red Street Stories into Tales of the Forlorn Hope Reborn with data pack gigs provided between to help character progression. About me
I've been running games since winter of 2019, Starfinder(with Pathfinder 1e and D&D 3.5 conversion allowed), Cyberpunk Red, Vampire the Requiem 2e, Lancer, Fallout 2d20, Mothership RPG. As a host I and my colleagues run a discord server to host various game information from scheduling updates, to character death recaps in hall of the dead, use soundboards for joke or even just keeping up with the various groups and their happenings. I've had a lot of experience running ttrpgs from a virtual play space. Within the server resides a small artist collective that from time to time will take the time to draw your characters and impromptu games. I'm homerule/homebrew friendly. I like to get to know my players and their characters, and help foster a healthy communication environment on or off the table. Be it an 18+ only environ or a PG13 table. I operate within EST, I'm a freelancer with a lot of time on my hands. So much so in the past 5 years my communities had an ongoing Starfinder game with characters up to level 15 at the point I'm writing this that has closed. In my cyberpunk red campaign my hall of the dead has multiple characters with anywhere from 3000-6000IP.

Creating your character
Follow COMPLETE PACKAGE guidelines in the cyberpunk RED companion app. Selling out nets you 1000eb bonus, talk with me about who you work for. [Trigger Warning: dehumanization, behavior modifying, kill switches, kidnapping and all the other terrible trappings of selling your soul to the gangs/corps/governments of the dark future.] I will port the characters from the companion app into foundry, feel free to refer to Cyberpunk RED, The Edgerunner Mission Kit, Black Chrome, and Interface books for character gen inspiration. All free DLC is active at this table.

Preparing for the session

What Asher brings to the table
I will be heavily leaning on the Tales of the RED Street Stories, Tales of the Forlorn Hope Reborn books for the campaigns direction with occasional jobs from the data packs, or gigs provided in the core to break up the beat by beat developments. If your characters are hardened, and escalated the street level threat, I will build hardened mooks to challenge you. This can result in the games overall combat difficulty spiking for non combatants, take cover as necessary to adjust. You should be anyway, nobody wants to get shot. The VTT will have battlemaps, lootable tokens, sound effects/music/ambience. Rollable tables and the like.

How Asher creates a safe table
Bio breaks mid session, I don't expect you to sit quietly through a scene that gives you the ick. If you're down for the story beat dope. If it makes you uncomfortable and you can't enjoy the game I'd rather that be communicated upfront. Your lines and veils will be asked for during your session zero, regardless of when you've joined the table. These can be shared privately with the GM or with the table as necessary. They will be respected regardless. Tables got an open door policy, no tabletop is better than bad tabletop? Don't like my vibe? Drop the game, I'd rather you do that than suffer needlessly. The tables been going on for three weeks and you still don't like the table comp? You can bring your concerns to me post session when I'm asking for everyones Stars and Wishes from that days game at end of session or leave at leisure. Should you need to get up in the middle of the session cause a die roll pissed you off? Go for a walk? Take 3-5 let me know and you'll have your break, no judgement. Games harsh, I will also call for bio breaks at the table Even if these conversations cannot be had at table they will still occur in text at the very least for written record and everyones comfort.
