About me
"He’s like Mrs. Dalloway, but with dice." - my favorite review ever Well met, fellow human! Let's sit down and come up with a story, something that we'll be remembering fondly for years afterwards. Let's make up stupid voices and get all emotional over a fake donkey, let's turn up the battle music and feel tension as the enemy moves across the field. Let's create some badass moments. As you may have gathered, I'm a big fan of the collaborative nature of tabletop roleplaying. I believe the game runs best when I don't know what's going to happen next, you don't know what's going to happen next, and we're all just frantic with excitement about the next roll of the dice. We play to find out what happens.

Creating your character
Characters will be created before Session #1, either solo or in an optional character creation session I can host beforehand. Pregenerated characters are available for players who would like to get started with the adventure first and foremost.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Players should take a gander at the Starfinder rulebook and install Discord on their computer. They should also be prepared to sign up for an account on the Forge website, the location where we host our virtual tabletop server.
What Brayden brings to the table
I will bring the Dead Suns adventure path, a curated collection of maps and music to enhance the experience, system expertise, and years of tabletop RPG experience!
Homebrew rules
I've got some homebrew rules I use for Pathfinder / Starfinder second edition I'll discuss on the Discord. Some quick highlights: - Automatic Rune Progression - Gradual Attribute Boost - Free skill increases in your Background lore - Hero Points give extra benefits when spent

How Brayden creates a safe table
CW: Dead Suns is on the whole a fairly optimistic adventure about a group of heroes racing against time to stop the dastardly villains from getting their hands on a superweapon, but the nature of the evil they confront means that heroes should come prepared to face some grisly material. In particular, the undead and body mutilation play a significant role in the campaign. You'll be joining the Starfinder Society, a group of galactic explorers and troubleshooters. You will get drawn into a mystery that threatens the entire universe, and have to employ all the tools at your disposal in order to solve the mystery of the Dead Suns. Expect equal parts roleplaying, combat, and exploration of the wider Starfinder setting, including frequent hops between planets and star systems. Starship combat will also play a role in this campaign, giving your characters a chance to work as a team and engage in high-pressure dogfighting amongst the stars.
