About the adventure

Set on the Sword Coast of the Forgotten Realms, just south of the bustling city of Neverwinter, is the town of Phandalin. Phandalin is relatively small, but legend has it that somewhere nearby is an ancient dwarven mine filled with treasures and lost magics. Whoever finds this mine will be rich beyond their wildest dreams. It just so happens, your old acquaintance Gundren Rockseeker might have a lead, and he'll need a team... - - - - - Lost Mine of Phandelver is an adventure for four to five characters of 1st level. During the course of the adventure, the characters will advance to 5th level. The adventure is set a short distance from the city of Neverwinter in the Sword Coast region of the Forgotten Realms setting. The Sword Coast is part of the North — a vast realm of free settlements surrounded by wilderness and adventure. This particular campaign will continue beyond the scope of the written module, allowing you to grow your characters and their story to greater heights and further reaches.

Character creation

Creating your character

The module comes with pre-made characters, but I encourage everyone to come to Session Zero with a few character ideas, so we can build the team together and offer any needed assistance. Ability Scores will be determined with Standard Array or Point-Buy methods.

Safety

How Mike creates a safe table

The campaign will begin with a Session Zero, where we'll go over expectations, character ideas/creation, Lines & Veils, etc. We also end each session on a positive note with Stars & Wishes.
