About the adventure
The King is dead, long live the Queen! King Eodred II had no heir apparent and the Crimson Throne sits empty. Seeing her opportunity his young wife Queen Ileosa has seized the crown. The city distrusts this foreign bride and view her as unfit to rule. They show their ire by taking to the streets in roving mobs and protests. Anarchy has descended upon Korvosa, commerce has stopped, the guards are stretched thin and safety is but a memory. This is where you enter, as Auxillaries to the Korvosan Guard; tasked with missions that the regular Guards are unfit or unsuitable for. Can you help bring order back to the city that you love? Are you a cop? Well, no, this adventure isn't about being a cop in Korvosa. Your character loves this city and its people. You work with the Guard to protect your friends, family and neighbours because the Guards simply can't handle everything this world throws at them. Korvosa desperatly needs Heroes. This classic Paizo Adventure Path is an urban adventure taking you into a city on the brink of riots and anarchy. It continues with a plague, criminal organizations, and political intrigue before branching out to the wilderness surrounding the city. Eventually returning and ultimately saving the city you so dearly love.

About me
My name is Eric, he\him. I am Canadian, a father of 3 great kids, a husband and a nerd. 🇨🇦 My very first character was a Gnomish Tinkerer built using AD&Ds Dragonlance Adventures and my cousin-DM absolutely despised him. He ended up killing my gnome with a wyvern in my second session ever. Even with such a rocky start I was hooked on TTRPGs. I started DMing my own game shortly afterwards, convincing some friends in highschool to play The Lord of the Rings Adventure Game. After growing up around The Hobbit and Lord of the Rings it felt like a natural fit. We traveled around Mirkwood, into the Frozen Heath, fighting Orcs, Spiders and wild beasts. I've come a long way from those beginnings almost 25 years ago and am excited to make new stories with new people.
