About the adventure

A survival, crafting and short maze crawling adventure where resources are precious, death is ever-present and mysteries await the right engineer to unlock. Choose between a few archetypes that suit you, using a very simplistic d6 roleplaying system that borrows heavily from the Metamorphosis Alpha game system, the series The Starlost and the movies Pandorum and Cube. This game is a survival horror experience in space. By a fluke you are awakened in a dying ship and all the crew needs you to navigate the engineering stations all the way to the command decks and bring back the main systems online to deliver the colonists... Or not... In this game, your party decides of the fates of thousands of sleeping colonists.

Greetings to all, feel welcome to join us around the campfire. We will construct, animate and live in our own made-up world. My job is to describe your surroundings and their reactions to your actions and dialogues. Hop in, dare to try something new with worn old parts, pop culture references and a bit of acting. Character creation

Creating your character

You get to choose between premade characters: Special Agent, Athlete, Science officer, Security officer, Engineer or survivalist. Imagine yourself in one of those archetypes.

The current party

This is a cooperative escape room so you must form a functional team to solve the mysteries and triumph over challenges. At least one Engineer or Science officer should be in the team but, if none wishes to fulfill this role, I will add an NPC that can help you out! Play what fits you.

What Blake brings to the table

This game has simple but effective game mechanics, upgrades come from gaining equipment, crafting and gaining dice pools for fixing objectives and uncovering mysteries. This is a nail biting scenario where you have to overcome challenges, take risks, explore, craft and decide who to join, who to fear and who to fight. Because, oh yeah, forgot to tell you; you are not alone on this ship!!!

Homebrew rules

No experience, no skills, just attribute scores we use for everything. Every character has an area of expertise that comes with lower target numbers and an additional dice to all actions in that specific area of expertise. You also get a random skill and luck score that ensures every character is unique. There are rooms to be explored, problems to be solved and innocents counting on you. There are six possible endings,the last being open ended, which one will you get to???
