About the adventure

This game includes the use of homebrewed firearm mechanics. Tanara, one of the twin moons of Indoril, was once a paradise of steaming jungles and rivers that glowed with strange color. It was a world alive in every sense, its atmosphere held together by Aetheris, a radiant mineral that pulsed with both magic and meaning. For centuries, it sustained not only the moon’s life but also its balance. Now, that balance is gone. The corporations of rival nations have come, driven by greed and the hunger for power. The jungles have burned, the rivers have turned to dust, and the once green land has been replaced by endless desert. The air tastes of iron and smoke. Great engines crawl across the dunes, tearing into the crust of the dying moon in search of Aetheris. The substance is the only known material besides Aetherium capable of powering space-flight, and its value has made Tanara a battlefield. Each corporation digs deeper, poisoning the air a little more with every ton they extract. The hum of machines never fades. In response, the New Indoran Empire has sent you and your companions as part of the Indoran Expedition. The expedition's orders are clear: stop the corporations from destroying the Last Oasis, the final refuge of living green on Tanara. The newly crowned Emperor has declared that this world will be saved, that life will once again take root where the deserts now reign. The expedition also has put in the efforts to try and align with the native Gith and secure their aid in the campaign to restore the moon. But the Gith are not united. The Githyanki have pledged themselves to the corporations, trading their heritage for coin and machines of war. The Githzerai, patient and contemplative, have aligned with the Emperor’s vision of renewal, though many among them doubt his true intent. Then there are the Gith’rak, zealots who have turned against both sides. They believe Tanara belongs to them alone, and they will spill any blood to see it restored. Their numbers grow each day, and under their prophet’s call, they have declared a Kith’Gihaj, a holy war to reclaim their moon. -> Homebrewed 2014/2024 hybrid ruleset (You can find the list of changes in the discord. Mostly quality of life changes.) -> Long term Campaign that can end up going to level 20. -> Experienced DM that is versed in high and low level combat and homebrewing content such as items and monsters. -> Eternal campaign taking place in a massive homebrew world where your decisions decide how the lore of the world evolves.

About me

Ever since I can remember I have been obsessed with my own imagination and the imagination of others. Imagination is a place where you can take a break from everything for a bit and pretend to be somewhere, someone, something else. I was always creating new worlds or expanding ones I had already created in my head. Soon the closet was stockpiled with cheap note book paper adorned with my doodles, drawings, maps and ideas. Now as an adult, I continue that trend.. just a bit less messy. About three years ago I finally gave DnD a try and immediately started as a DM, building a new and expansive homebrew world with my players as we all learned along the way. Now that world is a 500+ page PDF with still more to go. My obsession with world building clearly knows no bounds and I would love to share either my world or a world created by another (As I said, I also love to explore the imaginations of other people!) with a as many people as I can. <3

Character creation

Creating your character

Character creation will be discussed during session 0, in the discord there will also be a guideline for character creation, such as starting level, items, etc.

What to expect

Preparing for the session

Hello, make sure you have Discord ready. All other tools being used in the campaign will be discussed during session 0.

What DM Erin brings to the table

I provide my players with the following. • Character voices • VTT and Character Builder • Homemade maps • Ambience and Music • Scenery Expectation from DM. • A player oriented game where choices matter and the game reflects your decision making within the boundaries of the rules. • Commitment. I have been DMing for three years and I have only ever missed two sessions for reasons being of emergency. DnD is my favorite hobby and I look forward to playing every session. • A fun game where sometimes the rules can be bent to make room for a cool moment.

Homebrew rules

There is a small list of homebrew rules in a tab within the discord that you can take a look at anytime.
