About the adventure

Welcome to Tarrasic Park: The Apex Predator Menagerie. ***Featuring Lucky Liam the Leprechaun, March 2026*** Choose your opponent from our expertly curated catalogue of Apex Predators. (Watch listings for PvP battles and specific events.) Do you have what it takes to defeat a tarrasque? Would you test your grit against a dragon? Can your party hold their own against a pack of giant hyenas? Enter the Tarrasic Park Arena and prove your strength, wits, and resolve. This is a combat-heavy one-shot where you literally choose a monster from the catalogue and step into the arena to face your selected opponent. ***There will be a poll to vote on the specific opponent within the session parameters - majority rules.*** No political intrigue. No long-form roleplay. Just tactical combat and high-stakes encounters. Expect a challenging fight. Expect real danger. Expect that your character might not survive. Bring your own character to test your build in the arena. The Predator Catalogue includes recommended character levels for each creature so you can select the challenge that suits your party, or watch for specific event listing, for example PvP Fight, Beginner Friendly, High Level etc. The first 30–60 minutes will be spent building characters, followed by brief roleplay and opponent selection before entering the arena. We play on Roll20 and Discord.

About me

I’m Leo Wolfe — a high-fantasy worldbuilder and Dungeon Master with over 10 years of Dungeons & Dragons experience. I’ve run everything from focused one-shots to full epic campaigns that begin at level 1 and grow into something legendary. While I’ve played and run published adventures such as Curse of Strahd and Tomb of Annihilation, I specialise in custom-built worlds where player choices shape factions, politics, and long-term consequences. By profession, I’m a corporate trainer and systems thinker — and I bring that same clarity and intentional structure into my games: • Clear expectations and a focused Session Zero • Balanced spotlight time • Tactical combat with meaningful stakes • Player agency with real impact • Stories that build, evolve, and resolve

Character creation

Creating your character

Bring backup characters and don't get attached. Please join the Discord Server and Roll20 game well before the session to create your character. Once you join the game, you will have access to the Predator Catalogue and Contestant Manual to choose your opponent. Check the listing to see what kind of monsters will be available in the session. Any official D&D 5e content is accepted, go nuts. If you want to use homebrew ideas, chat with me on Discord. Let me know in advance if you want any specific magic items.

What to expect

Preparing for the session

Bring backup characters and don't get attached. We use Roll20 for the VTT and Discord for voice.

What Leo the LoreWolfe brings to the table

Tarrasic Park is built for explosive, high-stakes combat. You can expect: One Massive, Cinematic Fight This is a boss-battle experience. The session centres around one large, dynamic encounter designed to test your build, your teamwork, and your nerve. If we have enough time left there can be more fights. Rule of Cool, Backed by Solid Mechanics I favour creative play. If you have a bold, cinematic idea and it makes sense in the moment, we’ll make it work. I keep combat flowing and exciting rather than stopping the game to debate edge-case rulings. Tactical Depth Without Rules Lawyering Positioning matters. Terrain matters. Choices matter. But we prioritise momentum and fun over rigid interpretation. Prepared Arena & Clear Stakes You’ll fight in a designed arena space. The threat is real. I won’t pull punches—but I won’t punish creativity either. Bring a character you want to stress-test in a high-pressure encounter. Focused Energy, Minimal Filler We build characters quickly, select your opponent, and then the spotlight is on the fight. Tone & Table Style Light roleplay, big action Cinematic descriptions Ambient music for atmosphere Respectful, focused table energy Expect danger If you want a boss fight that feels epic, dangerous, and memorable—this is your arena.

Homebrew rules

Drinking potions is a bonus action. Anyone can use their action to stabilise a downed party member with a successful medicine check. If an attack roll matched AC, it's a hit.
