About the adventure
For generations, the town of Torch has relied on a mysterious violet flame that burns hot enough to melt skymetal. But a week ago, the flame went out, trade collapsed, and debts to the Technic League now threaten the town’s survival. Hope faded further when the wizard Khonnir Baine vanished after discovering strange caverns beneath the hill and recovering a silent automaton. Searchers sent after him have also disappeared, and rumors speak of metal shapes moving in the dark. With Torch running out of time, someone must uncover the truth beneath the hill... Welcome All! This will be my second time running Iron Gods. Iron Gods follows a long-form campaign running levels 1 -20, and it is filled with mystery, technological discovery, and escalating threats. I anticipate the game will take roughly 40–60 sessions to complete, and players should be prepared to commit to a consistent weekly schedule. For Sci-fi Enthusiasts: Expect plenty of sci-fi technology, robots, and explosions in Iron Gods. This is a science-fantasy adventure at its core, blending classic Pathfinder elements with advanced technology, ancient machines, and strange artifacts from a fallen starship. Players who enjoy science-fantasy themes will feel right at home, while those looking for a purely traditional fantasy experience may find this adventure quite different from what they expect. Special Note on Character Creation: All official rulebook material is allowed as well as *Starfinder 2e* Classes. Teams+ and Battlezoo content are allowed as well (all provided by me!) We will start at level 1. Experience Required: Players must be able to build a 1st level character and have a basic understanding of the PF2E ruleset.

About me
Hi! I’m a GM who simply loves telling stories and creating unforgettable experiences at the table. At the end of the day, I run games because I genuinely enjoy playing with others, crafting worlds together, and watching a group build something unique that could never exist anywhere else. I started my TTRPG journey about six years ago during college, and I’ve been hooked ever since. Over the years I’ve played and run a wide variety of systems, including D&D 5e, Pathfinder 2e, Cyberpunk RED, the Cosmere RPG, Triangle Agency, and several homebrew and niche games. Exploring different systems has helped me develop a flexible style that adapts to the needs of each group rather than forcing players into a single “right” way to play. My biggest priority as a GM is creating a space where everyone feels comfortable, respected, and free to express themselves both in and out of character. I care deeply about making sure players feel safe, heard, and that they’re having fun. If you enjoy character-driven storytelling, meaningful choices, collaborative worldbuilding, and a GM who genuinely wants to help create a memorable experience tailored to the table, you’ll probably feel right at home in my games.

Preparing for the session
Once you have signed up for the game, message me here on SPG, or on Discord. From there, I will add you to my server and we can discuss further on character creation details. Feel free to read my introduction, expectations, and homebrew rules here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1hUGD3POGW915iu8icXX51bF0sIUMzLGnnEtjHy18YLA/edit?usp=sharing
What Orion brings to the table
- I host a private discord server that only includes myself and the players from my campaigns. I will DM you a link to this server upon you joining the campaign. - I use FoundryVTT via MoltenHosting to host my campaigns via internet browser. You will find a link to the Foundry page via the Handouts channel of the discord server. - I handpick fitting music and ambiance for my scenes, and I tend to create custom encounters and rebalance according to my party's tastes.
Homebrew rules
- Ancestry Paragon - Gradual Ability Boost - Automatic Rune Progression (Grants Fundamental Runes automatically based on level) - Free Archetype - Altered Skill Paragon - (At level 1, choose a specific Skill. The character becomes trained in it. If they were already trained in it, they become trained in another skill instead of their chosen skill. At 3rd, 7th, and 15th levels, they gain an additional skill increase they can apply only to their chosen skill as well as a free General Feat they can use only for feats that specifically require proficiency in the chosen skill as a prerequisite.)

How Orion creates a safe table
My tables use Lines & Veils and the X-Card to establish boundaries and ensure everyone feels comfortable. These tools provide an easy way to pause or adjust content if something becomes uncomfortable. We will discuss content warnings and other safety details in greater detail during session 0. Session 0 will take up the first hour of session 1. During session 0, we will discuss safety tools, go over final character builds, and discuss various other aspects of the adventure.
