About the adventure
Tempest is my brainchild from the time I was 13 up until now, and the best way to describe it would probably be if Final Fantasy 7, Harry Potter, & How To Train Your Dragon fused together. This would be a Dark Fantasy-style campaign in both the way that Dark Souls/Bloodborne are Dark Fantasy as well as The Neverending Story is Dark Fantasy (or rather High Fantasy With Darker Themes). However, as a player, you always have sway for how the story feels around you because this is a collaborative experience!

Creating your character
We will be working on character creation together so that we can discuss things such as; The kind of Character Sheet we want to use, Race/Class/Backgrounds that are available or banned, Where in Tempext your character comes from and where Phandelver is within it, Etc.
Each seat is $10, however if you'd like to talk about higher tiers of subscription; I am open to increasing the price to $20 so that we can get character art commissioned of your characters as well as get a theme song written before the campaign starts. This is completely optional of course!
What to expect
Preparing for the session
We will be using Discord VC for our games as well as Owlbear Rodeo for any maps that may come into play for combat. D&D Beyond is optional but is a very helpful tool that we can discuss using as a group of individually.
What Jamie brings to the table
We will be using very casual equipment; Discord VC for Communication, Owlbear Rodeo for Maps, and any sort of Character Sheet that is easiest to use for you to use! I love to provide Offline Roleplay channels so you can play even outside of session and I love working with my players to make the game as fun as possible for you all!
Homebrew rules
We will discuss any &/or all homebrew that will be used during Session 0 as you will be able to choose what we use and what we don’t!

How Jamie creates a safe table
We will have multiple Session Zeroes over the course of the campaign but we will go over Lines & Veils during the first one to get what can be used and what should be avoided during the story but we will always do Aftercare just to see how we liked the session and if there is anything you’d wished happened (Called Stars & Wishes)
