About the adventure
This will be a charity game for the Women's March fundraiser. This is a game system that relies heavily on improvisation, and that should be exciting! This system is a parody on Heist tropes found in movies like Ocean's 11 and tv shows like Leverage. This game will rely on you having a piece of paper and a pencil, as well as physical dice. We will roll our characters as part of our session. Sessions are open to all ranges of experience. You will need 2 six sided dice (2d6) which will be used for your stat rolls as well as your character creation. This game will feature elements of high fantasy (elves, mystical fairy hollows) blended with the absurdity that only a Honey Heist can bring. I tend to weave pop culture references and modern technology into the game as best I can. Which means we will be playing in a homebrewed world, which has managed to fuse magic and advanced technology. If this may challenge your immersion, I urge you to remember YOU'RE A BEAR...or a Honey Badger.

About me
Being a Game Master is one of my favorite joys in this life! Bringing a story to full bloom and detail while we tell tales is always a treat. I am a trained actor with close to 2 decades of experience on stage and film. I use those skills to make silly little voices and craft narratives that make you beam...or make your skin crawl. I have been playing TTRPG's since 2019, and I have been a Dungeon Master/Game Master since I learned that was the best way to keep game night alive. I fell in love with being a Game Master because I can't get enough of melding minds with my players, designing sick traps for them to bust or fall to. Its a riot!

Creating your character
We will be doing character creation as part of our session. Picture a smokey tavern and its herculean owner, a gopher named Doug the Boulder Snifferson. You will be receiving your brief on the heist as you dine before departure. Think about what things a your super thief may be doing, why they are motivated to do "one last job". If it helps, your roll in the party is less important than the fun backstory you will be able to create for your woodland critter. These bears can talk, due to the lingering mana throughout the Elmwood where they were raised. Lastly, remember this, you have a plan and it will work.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
You will need a piece of paper and a pencil. This will be to draw your bear and write any backstory information, as well as keeping notes on how the heist is going. You will need access to discord, and ideally headphones and a mic.
What Rob Wes brings to the table
I will provide ambient music, character voices, and a built out setting. We will be playing this with a rule of cool approach, as it is already a rules light system. Ultimately I love running this system because it never fails to leave me giddy and smiling.

How Rob Wes creates a safe table
We will be going over boundaries for the session as part of the character creation. This is a system that leans toward a good bit of gore and blood, but if that is a problem we can totally negotiate less of a splatter fest.
