About the adventure
This is a great game for fans of Baldur’s Gate 3, even if you’re new to tabletop gaming. In a hostile, frigid wasteland is a place called Ten Towns, a collection of ten little settlements braving the cold. When bouts of steam start erupting from the Underdark beneath the region, aberrations—like mind flayers, beholders, slaads, and other monsters—start finding their way up… terrorizing the settlements and their people. These are people who are already struggling to survive in a land that is inhospitable to them. Can you brave the cold and unravel the plans of the legendary aberration Zlan, before he wipes out all of Ten Towns… and perhaps the rest of Faerûn, too? Are you a hero among humanoid-kind seeking to save the towns? Or an aberration looking to free your kind from Zlan’s wrath? New options available: 🧠 Play as a mind flayer using an edited emerald dragonborn for mechanics 🐸 Play as a slaad using an edited Eberron changeling for mechanics 🧿 Play as a beholderkin using an edited flying feral tiefling for mechanics ✨ All official and DnDBeyond third party species are welcome! About me
Well met! Since I could pick up a pencil, I’ve been a huge fan of telling stories. Creating characters, breathing life into them, all of that is so much fun. Introduction to Baldur’s Gate 3 led me to falling in love with the Forgotten Realms, and I’ve been having a swell time creating stories there now. I enjoy inhabiting the world and giving players a backdrop to portray their own stories. While my experience so far has been with Dungeons and Dragons 5E 2024 and Old School Essentials, I’ve enjoyed my time playing and DMing both systems and have fallen in love with the gameplay.

Creating your character
Here's how you'll make your character. You'll create your character in DNDBeyond for ease of building, then the character will be imported into Foundry. ✨ Roll for stats (using a special bot on the discord server), point buy, or standard array - your choice! ⭐️ 2024 Rules ⚡️ All published Wizards of the Coast books and DNDBeyond partnered content that I own on DNDBeyond are welcome. Region content is not locked (so you can use Eberron, Dragonlance, etc. content) but please be ready to reflavor the content to Forgotten Realms! 🔥 Characters start at Level 3 🏹 One common magic item to start with (that isn't a weapon or armor) All of this information is available in the Discord server when you join. Most importantly, make a character you will enjoy playing, and one that’s interested in adventuring and working with their party to accomplish their shared goals!

Homebrew rules
🧪 Drink a healing potion as an action to gain the full effect, or as a bonus action to roll for effect 🧨 Explosive Crits give you max damage on your first damage roll, then you roll the extra dice and add them as usual ⚡️ Flanking is permitted. You must be opposite the enemy to receive flanking bonus, which gives you advantage.
