About the adventure
The elders warn of going out beyond the reaches of the village, out into the ruins and beyond. Many have gone that way thoughout the years and none have returned. This is a post-apocalypse setting where magic is only just beginning to emerge, so I intend for this campaign to be new-player friendly in at least that regard where both character and player may discover new abilities at the same time. For more experienced players, there are some limitations intended that may provide for interesting RP opportunities. This will be an open world exploration game where the further one goes from home, the greater the danger...

About me
Hi im Blas, though i go by Vertion online, I have been playing and GMimg Dungeons and Dragons for close to 10 years now, but in spite of all the stories i have seen and told, i do think i have many more still left yet to tell. In general i prefer to make and use my own material and i have much left to learn on Foundry VTT which has recently become my platform of choice. Besides D&D, i have interest in the Legend of the 5 Rings TTRPG, as well as Avatar Legends.

Creating your character
Character creation would be handled in session 0, using 4d6 dropping the lowest to determine character ability scores, some character limitations are intended for this campaign based on how the story begins and it being a post-apocalypse and these will be discussed accordingly.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Discord is required for voice chat and campaign management preferably deidacted microphone/headset. Foundry VTT will be used for scene-setting and combat, exploration and character management, needing only desktop browser access from players.
What Alban Vertion brings to the table
Due to the setting and my own style, it is a very rule-of-cool environment where anything might happen and certainly anything may be attempted, it is intended as a survival/exploration open world. Much as i like doing voices, the setting has its limitations on that, buit i certainly will try! Combat is meant to be somewhat tactical, some theatre of the mind, depending on the severity and experience and desire.
