About the adventure
Free Session 0 for character discussion, setting primer, safety prep, and character creation! My games are always a LGBTQ+ friendly and generally inclusive space. I am always available to listen to player concerns with respect and anonymity. We will use a discord server for planning and organization and Foundry Virtual Tabletop (Free for players) for the actual gameplay. This Changeling: The Dreaming 20th Edition Campaign follows a group of newly awakened Changelings, Fae Beings whose souls have laid dormant inside human bodies. Now able to glimpse the world of dreams and imagination that hides beneath the mundane, the party must stop the existential threat of Banality from sapping away what little hope and wonder remains in New York City. Threats both mundane and fantastical await the party in their adventures! The World of Darkness is a bleak place, and many themes of social ills have the potential, though not the guarantee, of being explored. Safety tools will be used. Dreamers, the humans who produce glamour through their creativity and actions, are under threat from the countless stresses and pains of existence in the 21st century. Ultimately, the game is about tending to the flame of creativity, wonder, and hope in a world that tries to smother it.

About me
Hello, I'm Autumn. I am a 34 year old transgender woman with a near-lifelong passion for gaming, fiction, and creativity in general. Over two decades ago, I discovered tabletop roleplaying in middle school through my local mall's Wizards of the Coast store. I picked up a DnD 3.5 starter set and immediately felt my mind race with the possibilities that tabletop RPGs could offer. It took me no time at all to understand that I wanted to be a GM and put my passion for writing and collaborative creativity to use. Tabletop RPGs became my primary hobby, one that I shared with as many others as possible.

Creating your character
Character creation and setting information will be gone over on our free session 0! It will use the standard Changeling:The Dreaming 20th edition character creation rules.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
We will have a discord server for discussion and planning, and the game will be hosted on Foundry Virtual Tabletop, which uses a web browser and is free for players.
What Autumn brings to the table
I understand people have varying levels of comfort with ambient music, so I will provide youtube links in the discord server for those who enjoy it. While I generally stick to the rules, I always consider the flow of the session and can simplify or alter rules to make sure things flow well. I never bend rules to cause player characters difficulties.
Homebrew rules
I will bring up any homebrew rules and make sure they are okay with the group before using them.

How Autumn creates a safe table
I take player safety seriously. I am using broad content warnings as my games can be quite player driven and could take us to unplanned places, but I will never pressure players to take part in content they find unpleasant or hurtful to engage with. There will be a lines and veils document available, general content will be gone over in session 0, and any player is free to message me through discord at any time if they feel uncomfortable and will be treated with respect and anonymity.
