About the adventure

Welcome to a shared modern supernatural campaign inspired by cozy gothic urban fantasy. This is a story of fog-soaked streets, late-night cafes, whispered rumors, old magic, and the monsters who live beside us pretending to be human. Romance is dangerous here. Secrets matter. Survival is never guaranteed, but it is always personal. This game blends the emotional drama of shows like Buffy the Vampire Slayer and The Vampire Diaries with the investigative tension of modern urban fantasy. Each table follows a small group of characters navigating their own lives and dangers, but all tables exist in the same living town. What happens at one table may echo into another. Allies, rivals, rumors, and consequences can cross tables freely, creating a shared universe that grows over time. We will be using the Marvel Multiverse RPG system, reimagined for supernatural street-level play. Characters begin at Rank 1. These are not superheroes. You are not saving the world in a single night. You are trying to keep your friends safe, your secrets hidden, and your humanity intact. Power is subtle, costly, and often social rather than explosive. Open creativity is highly encouraged when designing your character. Vampires, witches, werewolves, fae, ghosts, and other monsters are all welcome, but there is no single correct version of any of them. Your specific breed, curse, lineage, or rules can be customized in collaboration with the GM to fit the tone of the setting. If you have a unique take on a monster, this game wants it. Play will be divided into multiple tables of five players, each with a scheduled voice session as the core play experience. In addition, there will be between-session text roleplay available for character development, relationships, and quiet scenes that do not require dice. Crossover opportunities between tables will occur through shared events, NPCs, rumors, and occasional special sessions. Additional voice games may be offered outside scheduled sessions and are typically free of charge. This is a character-driven campaign focused on atmosphere, relationships, and long-term consequences. If you enjoy slow burn horror, messy feelings, found family, and monsters who feel a little too human, this town is waiting for you. It is a place where favors linger, names carry weight, and choices made in quiet moments can return much later with teeth. Trust is earned slowly, broken easily, and sometimes rebuilt in unexpected ways. The story will grow at the pace of the characters, shaped by their decisions, relationships, and failures as much as their victories. Nothing here is disposable, and no one is immune to consequence. Every voice matters, every action leaves a mark, and the town always remembers what was done in the dark. Quietly. Closely. Always. Watching. Listening. Remembering. Forever. Stay

About me

I am a 45-year-old gay male. I work as a Licensed Veterinary Technician for poison control and went to school for not only that but animation / vfx. I was a VFX focus so I can't draw but I can make some cool trailers! I am a cast member on a Twitch tabletop streamed game. I have been playing/running a variety of TTRPGs since I was very young. Red Box D&D of the '80s and into the heyday of AD&D in the '90s. I have played every edition released since then and also own numerous books from each era. Dungeons and Dragons however is not the limit of my system knowledge. I own and have tried countless other systems. My preferences have started to lean toward more narrative-based systems. Many of my games will focus on PBtA systems and FATE. I, however, have numerous other systems I would love to bring to the table, such as Power Rangers, Transformers, GI Joe ( Essence20 system), Chronicles of Darkness, Vampire the Requiem, Werewolf the Forsaken...etc( Storyteller System *a personal favorite*) Even the slightly crunchier Fate powered Dresden Files, Mouse Guard, Ironclaw/Jadeclaw, Wanderhome, My Little Pony (If you are feeling animals) Classic Marvel RPG (TSR 4-Color, FASERIP) and many more. If I'm not familiar with it I'm always willing to add it to my collection and learn it! I'm a kind and outgoing person. My tables will always be LGBTQ+ friendly. I have a passion for collaborative storytelling. I will offer a unique gaming experience full of visual references and vibes. This will include custom videos, music, and references. It will also include frequent text-based downtime posts between sessions. There will be 1 scheduled 4-hour sessions/week. The number of sessions depends on the price of the table spot and the specific game being run.
