About the adventure
Interested in trying DnD but unable to join a campaign? Well, look no further. In this one shot, you'll have all the experience of a D&D game such as exploration, role playing, battle, strategy, and more! I'm happy you teach you the basics such as character creation and understanding 5e combat. Players will encounter and investigate the remains of a small skirmish and follow the trail to a nearby cave which you will explore and rescue its captives. Afterward, it's your decision on what to do with the denizens of Cragmaw Cave. Mercy or obliteration?

Hello! My name is Addin Vang. I've loved tabletop games since I was a teenager. During the pandemic, I had a wonderful opportunity to DM an online game that lasted over a year. Creating your character
When you join this game, I will send you an invite to the campaign on D&D Beyond. When creating your character on D&D Beyond, please use only the 2014 Core Rules in Sources. Characters will all be level 2. Please create the character before the one shot or you can choose a pre-made character in my campaign on D&D Beyond. I am available if you need help with creating your character!

What Addin brings to the table
I provide a relaxed yet engaging space full of fun and silliness. This is a game meant for beginners so there will be lots of grace to practice. I love creating an immersive world which would include detailed maps, descriptive world-building, diverse character voices, ambient music, tactical and creative combat situations, and more! I prefer using the Rule of Cool for most situations because it promotes player creativity and fun!

How Addin creates a safe table
Safety is incredibly important for my games. I will be sending links to my Monte Cook RPG checklist which includes Lines and Veils before the start of the campaign. We will have at least one break per game. I will incorporate the Open Door policy meaning a player can take a break anytime without any judgment.
