About the adventure

"A small town, a couple of murders and some missing cows. How bad could it be?" * Play the Delta Green classic mission: Convergence! * Investigate a string of murders in small town America! * Play an elite government agent (or a total weirdo who’s along for the ride)! * Meet charming locals and then make them shut up about the things they’ve seen! * Protect America from the horrors of the universe. The year is 1996 and people are going missing in a small town in rural America. When one of those people comes back with mysterious abilities and uses them to murder two people, it becomes a mission for Delta Green. As part of a team of agents called in to contain the situation, you must travel to the town, uncover the truth and try to avoid becoming the next victim. * Men In Black style conspiracy drama * Pulse pounding suspense * Top level voice acting * Amazing soundtrack Welcome to Earth is a nail biting adventure about conspiracies, cover ups and dial up internet! All realised in premium Foundry VTT with custom maps, full lighting and SFX. You'll be able to completely immerse yourself in the world. New to the game? No problem. I'll help you create your character and guide you through how to play.

About me

Hey, I'm Dan, you might know me from The Danger Club Podcast...or you might not. Let's play games! I love that games allow you to be whoever you want to be and enjoy the game in your own way. I'm a writer and actor so I love to build stories with players and fill a world with memorable NPCs to meet, love and generally confuse. Whether you're a complete newbie or you've been playing for years; a full immersive role-player or someone who prefers more tactical play; come join me and let's tell some stories and have a laugh together!

Character creation

Creating your character

I'm happy for people to make characters before hand if they prefer to but we will have plenty of time at the session 0 to make characters together.

What to expect

Preparing for the session

All I ask is that you have a mic and a discord account to chat to everyone. You don't need a local copy of foundry or any rulebooks, but you may find you get more out of the game if you have a look through some of the free resources available from Arc Dream Publishing's website. I'm not expecting top level roleplaying from everyone either. If you want to do voices then great, but if that's not your bag then you're just as welcome.

What Dangeon Master brings to the table

We'll be playing using the premium Foundry VTT module with a selection of mods to enhance the experience. That means that you'll have access to a full rules compendium with simple drag and drop features for adding things to your character sheet. You can also expect lighting and SFX to help fully immerse you in the world. I've been hosting a TTRPG show for over seven years and have produced over 300 episodes of actual play adventures, so you can expect a lot of voices and characterisation for any NPCs you meet.

Safety

How Dangeon Master creates a safe table

Delta Green games can deal with some mature subjects but at the same time I believe that games should be for everyone and making you feel safe is at the top my my list. We'll have a session zero where everyone can express what they want from the adventure and I'm more than happy to alter any content that people are uncomfortable with.
