About the adventure
This is a Masks: A New Generation game inspired by the legacy of the X-Men. In this session, players will step into the shoes of teenage mutants. When the mentors step away, you are the last defense for the school. This game is perfect for players who love superhero comics, coming-of-age stories, and the thrill of discovering what it means to be a hero when the world is watching. Whether you’re here for the drama, the action, or the heart, you’ll find yourself in the middle of a story where the next generation of mutants must rise to the challenge. Open to continuation into a campaign if it feels right.

About me
Welcome, adventurers! I'm Jonathan, your friendly neighborhood Dungeon Master. I believe in the "rule of cool" – where the story and fun take precedence over rigid rules. While rules are important, I won't let them stand in the way of creativity and epic moments. Whether you're a seasoned player or new to the game, my table is a place for laughter, camaraderie, and unforgettable adventures. Let's roll some dice!

Creating your character
We will handle character creation and worldbuilding in session. Players will start at level one, and we will use a shared google sheet for playsheets.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
The game will take place on a discord voice call. I will invite you to the server after joining. Camera on or off is fine.
What Jonathan A brings to the table
The game is theater of the mind, meaning we will not be using any maps or visual aids other than the character sheets. We will be describing the setting and actions taken. Roleplay is encouraged, and I don't let the rules get in the way of a fun story.
