About the adventure
Thousands of years before Avatar Aang there was Avatar Tenzu. The world believes he is alive and well. The world is wrong. The truth is known by only a handful of people: the Avatar died in secret two decades ago, and that secret has held the nations together ever since. If it were revealed before the time is right, everything Tenzu fought to build could collapse. Now, after twenty years of searching, a new Avatar has finally been found. His name is Ni Jord Boee. He is an anxious young firebender who can barely produce a flame. Until he is ready, his existence must remain a closely guarded secret. Your party has accepted an impossible mission: escort the young Avatar across the world, seek out the surviving members of Tenzu's legendary Team Avatar, and prepare Ni for the responsibility of one day revealing himself to a world that still believes it already has an Avatar. This is not a story about saving the world with overwhelming power. It is a story about protecting hope before it is ready. Every nation, every spirit, and every lesson brings Ni one step closer to becoming the Avatar he was meant to be—but there are powerful people who believe the world no longer needs an Avatar at all. Can you keep the greatest secret in the world long enough for it to become the world's greatest hope?

About me
Hello! As you can tell by the number of games I have hosted, that I am not new to GMing and in fact have been doing it for 6 years now. Being a GM is an awesome experience where I get to shape a narrative with a group of people in a fun and exciting way. For me personally, creating a welcoming environment for new players and veterans alike, where they start as strangers, and then enjoy each other's company while telling a story together, is unmatched.

Creating your character
We'll create our characters together at session zero. I have all sourcebooks released so far. We should be able to create amazing characters together. Everyone starts with 4 growth advancements.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
I plan to run this game on Foundry. Players don't need an account. We will be using Discord for voice chat so it is required that players have a mic. Players do not need prior experience or knowledge of the rules. It would be helpful for players to make their characters ahead of time using a PDF or Demiplan and sending it to me. The only limitation on character creation is that Metalbending is off the table as it hasn't been invented yet.
What Franky Von brings to the table
We are playing online, so I will provide digital game components like maps, tokens, etc. If players wish, they can provide an image for me to use for their character portrait and character token. If a player doesn't provide this, I can provide one.

The listed content warnings are included as a precaution for themes that already exist in the Avatar world. This game will rarely explore material more intense than what appears in the books and TV shows it’s based on, and when it does, content will be kept at a PG-13 level. We will have a session zero that will go over everyone's expectations and desires for the campaign. We'll touch on what to expect as well as things to avoid. If for any reason a player needs to step away or remove themselves, we will be utilizing the safety measures of Open Door and X, N, & O Cards. Open Door is simply to empower the player to step away and rejoin (or leave if necessary) whenever they need to for any reason, no questions asked. X, N, & O Cards function as an indicators to me (the GM) when subject matter arises which causes discomfort to the point it disrupts your experience, you can utilized X, N, & O in the following ways: X: Place an X in the chat to let me know you are uncomfortable with the current content, often resulting in a change, rewind, or skip of the aforementioned content. N: Placing an N in the chat lets me know that you feel the content is heading towards an X card, often resulting in a change or a “fade to back”. O: An O in the chat is a check-in card, where I will stop and check with the entire group to ensure that everyone is comfortable continuing with the content.
