About the adventure
💀🏚️💀 Step into the mists of Ravenloft, where shadows whisper and walls remember. The House of Lament is a gothic horror adventure set within a crumbling manor that is more than just stone and timber—it is alive with restless spirits and hungry secrets. Players will explore a dungeon‑like haunted house filled with séances, spectral visions, and the echoes of tragic lives cut short. 💀👻💀 This game is perfect for players who enjoy mystery, atmosphere, and roleplay as much as combat. The focus is on unraveling the house’s layered history through exploration and storytelling, with danger lurking in both the physical and spiritual realms. Expect eerie encounters, shifting rooms, and choices that shape how the haunting resolves. 💀⚔️💀 Whether you’re a seasoned adventurer or brand new to Dungeons & Dragons, this story invites you to step into a classic ghost tale brought to life at the table. The rules are approachable, the setting is richly atmospheric, and the horror is tailored to be thrilling without being overwhelming. 💀🕯️💀 At its heart, The House of Lament is about courage in the face of the unknown. Will you free the spirits trapped within, or will the manor claim you as part of its legend? Gather your dice, steel your nerves, and prepare to enter a house that does not want you to leave.

How GM AP creates a safe table
Every session can be a session 0. I use a session opener that encourages players to use/update their safety tool preferences on an ongoing basis. Also included is the ability of players to create private and/or public threads where they need only state their safety tool concerns and I will avoid it and do my best to steer the players away from said concern and handle any desired discussion of the topic to the best of my ability and seek feedback from the concerned where and when necessary before doing so.
