Others enter this accursed place to search for delerium crystals which is both the source of an eldritch haze but also can be used to craft powerful magic items. Your reasons for entering the city are your own: a whispered prophecy, a missing ally, a forbidden curiosity, a debt that can only be paid in the rubble. Whatever path brings you here, once you enter the mist, the contamination will test your resolve, your alliances, and the very shape of who you become.. Will you be the one who decides the fate of Drakkenheim? About me
Hi there my name is Nathan. I have lived in Australia all my life and am currently working at a swimming pool. No no I'm not a lifeguard or even a swim teacher, I am the guy that books in schools and sports companies for their swimming lessons and for sports such as water polo. So why am I here you may be asking? Well I've been running dnd games for the last 4 years and I absolutely love it. In fact I've even worked for a company (side hustle while I am at the pool) called awakened fables who ran dnd games live at pubs. Creating your character
New players are welcome and I can help you with creating your character You can either use pre-generated characters or create your own. You will create a character in DnDBeyond (with Beyond20 browser extension). I will review the character to make sure there are no errors. Classes, subclasses and races from the 2024 rulebooks are allowed, all shared in DnDBeyond. If you are interested in the Drakkenheim subclasses please let me know as they are not available in dndbeyond but I can provide information on them and create the subclass in dndbeyond. Character Level: starting at level 2 Stat generation: Standard Array or Point Buy Hit points: average and not rolled You will need to select an image to represent your character so I can upload it to roll 20 for you.

Preparing for the session
You will need: A roll 20 account (free) an account on dndbeyond (free) A discord account (free) A mic A webcam is optional but I would highly recommend it A character will be created and reviewed by me before the session. Alternatively it can be made during session 0 (whichever you prefer) Join the discord server which will be provided in the prep materials when you join the game.

Homebrew rules
I still use the surprise rules from the 2014 edition of dnd but other than that we will be using the 2024 ruleset.
