About the adventure

In the year 6472 of the Mithral Age, the Kingdom of Brigalia prospers. A land of opportunity where those down on their luck can come to make a new life for themselves. Beneath the surface, a storm is brewing. A silent war unfolds between two ancient and powerful fey courts, the Sunkissed court and the Moonlit court. If left unchecked, this war might spiral into a catastrophe that threatens the entire land. Through the timely intervention of some heroes, however, the disastrous fate may yet be avoided. A Draw Steel! game in a custom, homebrew setting. There is an overarching theme of Fey, but with a wide variety of creatures and situations other than fey throughout! 🎮 Media Inspiration - Final Fantasy 14, Genshin Impact, Monster Hunter Wilds, Dragon Age ( Origins, 2, Inquisition), Elden Ring

About me

I got my TTRPG start with D&D 5e but I've been an avid writer and roleplayer for many years besides. I'm hoping to provide an inclusive game where we can bend and stretch the rules in a way that's still cohesive and fun for everyone involved. I run active and engaging games in a custom campaign setting and I'm always willing to try to work with ideas players might have for character creation. I tend to use homebrew systems and mechanics in my games and due to that I will not recommend my games to brand new players. Otherwise, if you're looking for a fun game of D&D in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, and don't mind a bit of homebrew, then I'm probably your guy.

Character creation

Creating your character

Once applications are accepted you'll be given an invite link to a discord server that will have resources for you to get started making your character. Session 0 will involve going over rules and the bulk of character creation once those rules are explained, but the DM will be available to answer questions and help with character creation before session 0 if you want to read through the rules and start making a character before session 0. Character Sheets will be primarily made entirely in Foundry.

What to expect

Preparing for the session

Players need to have a microphone, as well as a discord and a Forge account to connect to foundry. Draw Steel published content and digital tools will be provided to the players by the DM.

What Ito brings to the table

I'll be bringing maps and tokens via Foundry VTT, music via a discord bot that you will have prior warning to long before it starts playing any music, and access to all of the currently published Draw Steel material for you to use.

Safety

How Ito creates a safe table

Players can expect a fairly relaxed game environment and an inclusive space to explore different character concepts. The GM is an avid user of the rule of Cool and wants to make sure everyone's boundaries are respected.
