About the adventure
HOOK: Takhisis the Dragon Queen has retuned to the world of Krynn. Across the land, her armies of fanatical draconians wage a brutal war of conquest. As the Dragon Armies march on the unprepared nation of Solamnia, only the defenders of the city of Kalaman stand in their wat. But the Dragon Armies want more than just to crush their foes. An ancient evil in the Dragon Queen's service seeks a magical weapon that could dominate Krynn for all time. GAME INFO: Remade from the ground up, my version of Shadow of the Dragon Queen focuses on the legendary War of the Lance and what it means to be at war in a high fantasy setting. 🗡️ Take part in military operations, massive battles and epic magical duels. 🗡️ Siege cities, raid settlements and disrupt convoys as you slowly gain more and more authority in the Solamnian military. 🗡️ Personal stakes and backstories will be integrated into the story as each player comes with a rival and and ally. 🗡️ Experience the consequences of actions and decisions as the story drastically changes depending on player choice. 🗡️ 2014 characters and 2024 characters are allowed along with approved 3rd party material. 🗡️ Unravel the many mysteries of Krynn and the gods that lord over it.

About me
If RP and character driven stories sound good to you then we are in agreement. Epic fantasy adventures with a down to earth and relatable people, cities and stories are what I love the most. Heroes and villains are great, but what if there is more than just black and white? That is what I explore with my games and my players. My personal background has included writing, directing and acting in my own movies and skits. I have multiple works of fiction on multiple platforms, and I’m currently building up my own brand of TTRPG entertainment. I love to put my own spin on things, and I love working with others for the maximum amount of fun, whether it's custom rules or personal requests. I do like to push my players to RP to the best of their ability, as experience has shown: a little push can go a long way. VTT CHOICE AND EXPANDED MATERIALS: The VTT I mainly use is Fantasy Grounds as my VTT (Virtual Tabletop) of choice. I choose this primarily because it is both user friendly, while being the most customizable VTT out there (in my opinion). Fantasy Grounds is completely free for players and I do not expect my players to pay for anything other than the booking price. I have over 200 books for D&D 5e, Pathfinder 1e and Call of Cthulhu 7th Edition on this platform. All of them are both first party and third party. Feel free to ask if I have a specific book you’re looking for as I use these materials regularly in my games and encourage my players to try new things. I'm also an official GM for Warlock’s Sanctum and a Panel member of Heroes of the Multiverse. These are both communities that focus on getting players in games and having fun while trying new things. 4d6 drop the lowest or Point Buy are acceptable. The races of Krynn are incentivized. Each PC need have one ally and one rival in their backstory.
This is a weekly campaign that will span levels 1-15+. I bring all of the automation I can bring to Fantasy Grounds Unity including but not limited to: -Auto math -Auto differentiation between those who made a save and those who did not (I.E. auto calculating who made their save when being hit by a fireball) -Calculating of health, Spell Save DC, Attack bonuses and damage -Auto accounting for spell preparation. and much more. I also have nearly every D&D 5e official book, along with a large array of Kobold Press material like Deep Magic, Tome of Heroes and Midgard adventure setting. They add 700+ spells and 50+ sub classes, races and class features. Party is currently level 2 Warlock Rogue Cleric Fighter

How Rob (RPG Mastery) creates a safe table
The session 0 talk for this game will be extensive. A war-based story comes with many things that may cause players to be uncomfortable at the table. I promise to uphold all boundaries set, but keep in mind that his is a game that focuses on all aspect of war. Aftercare will be routine and open. I will encourage players to be honest with me and I will be honest with my players. At any point a player can say, message or otherwise inform me of uncomfortable subject matter with an X.
