About the adventure
In this alternate telling of the fantasy legend that started EVERYTHING, you and your company of unlikely heroes will meet at the most unlikely places to start an adventure: a hobbit's hole in the Shire. You have sought fortune, glory, honor, or purpose on the road, and the grey wizard has given you that chance: an opportunity to take part in the greatest adventure of our time! The quest is simple really: seek guidance from the wise on how to reclaim the dwarvish home, travel the long and perilous road to the Lonely Mountain, and burgled the wealth of the dwarves from under the last known dragon in Middle-Earth... What could go wrong?

Creating your character
We will create characters as a party at Session 0. These will be starting level characters, ready for adventure after meeting with Gandalf and Thorin Oakenshield in the Shire. We will primarily concern ourselves with the core 2e The One Ring book, with other book content to be considered on a case basis.

Preparing for the session
Have a Discord account good to go, with a decent microphone and optional video.
What Jeremiah | The Direpug Storyteller brings to the table
I will provide music, tactical combat with rules-as-written, a complete experience with all of the game's core mechanics, and a heartwarming tale of fellowship, friendship, and heroism. I stick to Rules as Written, with an eye for the cinematic quality of thsi game.
