About the adventure

#No-AI A merger of dungeoncrawl and combat heritage of modern Tabletop, with the aesthetics and worldbuilding of exploring an ancient-egyptian land. Archaeologists, dungeon crawlers, treasure hunters, and undead cleansers join to retake the city of Wati, and bring life back into a desolate sandscape! Using the pathfinder 1e adventure path "Mummy's mask" with added custom elements and thickened lore.

About me

#No-AI : I will never use AI in my creative process. I won't allow AI generated character art. I'm a 33 year old Aussie that's been GM'ing for roughly 20 years! I run all sorts of games, from gauntlets to puzzle-a-thons, Player Driven to Arch-nemesis. I'm also hyper flexible with my games, able to run a large number of systems and able to learn a new system extremely quickly. I adjust my games plot and encounters based both on Player composition and character composition. If you join two different games that have the same main plot, they'll maintain different atmospheres regardless. I've run most genre's of games, and have been known to genreblend very easily. I've even turned a Pokemon PTU campaign into something more reminiscent of Deadspace. Though such games will be more on request and are limited to how flexible the system is. I'll own up to and take responsibility for any errors I make in both Story and Mechanics. No-one's perfect but I strive to recover from my failings as best I can at all times.

Character creation

Creating your character

Characters will be created during session #0, after a group vote on some list of optional rules for the campaign, including the option for Gestalt(a rule variation allowing for more complex and potent characters!). I'm open to most PF official, and 3rd party content, on review for alignment with game tone and overall party potency.

What to expect

Preparing for the session

Have a Microphone, Discord account, and Roll20 account. Everything beyond that can be handled :)

What Atlas brings to the table

Extensive experience and a professional attitude. A thorough understanding of the setting and mechanics sufficient to twist stories to more suit the group than expressly written. At least 8 years of special interest in Egyptian Mythology, Kemetic leanings. And 20 years of Worldbuilding and GMing experience!

Homebrew rules

Most house rules will be clearly expressed and negotiated up front. but; I'm not fond of "Elephant in the room". I'm more than happy to grant full groups specific feats if it's overly reasonable for the campaign theme. Gestalt is extremely popular in my campaigns; take 2 classes at each level, getting the best of both worlds(some limitations on class combinations apply). HP is usually either "average rounded up" or "roll, but if below average; average" for more staying power.

Safety

How Atlas creates a safe table

I consider all players content concerns before a campaign, and am willing to fade, skip, or alter content in order to prevent any issues. X,N,O cards will be present; if you can't handle something, don't worry, you won't need to explain yourself. I'm also always free to listen to concerns or venting aftergame.
