About the adventure
The Eldritch Mist has swallowed most of the old world, but, sheltered by mountains on every side, the Silver Vale still remains. However, the scattered settlements within stand little chance against the dangers of the world without the help of the Order Of The Griffon...that's you! In this campaign you'll have a chance to: ❤️Bond with your own unique Griffon mount who levels with you, regardless of your class, and gains different abilities and proficiencies along with you. 🪽Fight in thrilling mounted aerial combats with lightweight homebrew rules. ⚔️Hunt dangerous monsters mutated by the Eldritch Mist, fight bandits, cults, and tyrants! ✨Solve mysteries, end curses, and discover the nature of the Eldritch Mist that swallowed the world.

About me
I'm a writer and teacher from the US, now living in Spain. I've been GMing various TTRPGs for over 20 years. Creating your character
The characters will start at level 1, and will be created (or at least concieved) together during session 0 in Roll20, using the Point Buy system for attributes. Most official published content will be allowed in the game as player options, as well as a few options unique to this setting, though there will be a set of recommended races/ancestries that have a more direct connection to the immediate setting. Third party options may be allowed on a case-by-case basis. For new players, I will happily walk them through the process, up to and including building a character for them myself based on a few questions I ask.
The party has a barbarian, a bard, a melee fighter, and a mystic. You're welcome to bring anything you want to the fray! We're still early in the story so it's a great time to join!
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Players should have a computer, a mic, and accounts on Roll20 and Discord. No dice or character sheets needed, as all will be handled digitally in roll20.

How Nik creates a safe table
I will send a survey to you that you can fill out in order for me to know your lines, veils, expectations, and interests before the session. We will discuss these things in session 0 as well, build your characters, and play an short opening session. Later sessions will start with a short chat, recap, and then we will get right into playing, with at least one 5-10 minute break. We will end the sessions with a small debriefing to check in on each other, talk about stars and wishes, and to plan what your characters want to do in the next session.
