Noctem has a fantastic handle on the system and the virtual tabletop he runs on. He put an incredible amount of effort into making sure each player in our game got what they wanted while keeping everything from being too overpowered or detracting from the other players. He worked exceptionally hard to tie each character into the world and give them good reasons to interact with it. The immersion he gave us was solid, right off the bat. Once the session started he showed a great balance between giving exposition and description and giving space for the players to roleplay and get up to shenanigans. He employed voices, music, and description in competent fashion, and has an attitude of self improvement which means he'll just keep getting better the more he does this. He's patient, and knows how to pull people into the spotlight gently so that everyone gets their turn being the center of attention. As a fellow Game Master he has my respect for his skill in the craft, and as a player I look forward to seeing what else he has up his sleeve and know that he'll support my antics as long as it's fun for everyone else. 10/10. Whatever area's he needs improvement in, I'm sure he's well aware of and already working on.
