About the adventure
I'm running a beginner friendly high fantasy heroics D&D campaign set in the Forgotten Realms. This game is about saving innocents, recovering priceless treasure, and pounding evil out of the world with a battleaxe. Lost Mine of Phandelver is a classic introductory D&D campaign designed to help new players find their footing. The campaign hits all the major notes of D&D playstyles, including exporlation, combat, interacting with NPCs and more. To make learning D&D easy and fun, I include the following: +Pre-generated characters for players who want to jump right in +Rules summary cheat sheets to help with choice paralysis +Handouts, music, art, and dynamic VTT maps to improve immersion

Creating your character
I will provide a selection of pregenerated characters but players are encouraged to create their own level one characters in D&D Beyond using the 2024 D&D rules. Ask me about anything unusual, but so long as the character is grounded in the Forgotten Realms I'm open to just about anything.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
We will make characters in D&D Beyond, chat in Discord, and run the game in Foundry VTT. Players will need a good internet connection, a working mic, and a positive attitude.
What Maggie Heath brings to the table
I will provide materials for an easy start, dynamic play environments, enriching handouts and music that encourage emersion, and any necessary support for people still learning the system.

How Maggie Heath creates a safe table
