Deep beneath the humble crafting town of Elmore, a fading magical beacon—the Lure—is dying. Twisted, delicious monsters now slither in from the depths of the Plover Caves. Your mission? Protect the town of Elmore with a potent deterrent from a danger monster crafted by your local alchemist Carat! You'll face foes and team up with your ragtag band to find plenty of monsters! Slay them, cook them, eat them, chop them, dice them and use the power of enchanted meals to delve into the Plover Caves and protect your town! About me
Looking for a GM to take your game to the next level? Look no further. My name is Joey. I've been playing TTRPGs for over 27 years and a DM for friends and family over a variety of fantasy settings and games since 2003. I'm an avid fan of D&D literature and have read many amazing works from R.A. Salvatore, Ed Greenwood, and many others that serve as fuel for my encounters, blueprints for combat sequences, and inspiration for my plot points. Whether you're a fan of smashing things with a hammer until gold comes out of their ears or solving intricate puzzles/investigating mysteries, I'm here to deliver a thought provoking experience that is best accomplished with teamwork and the Rule of Cool. I'm an IT and Cybersecurity Major, and also have quite a deal of experience with Audio/Visual work. I enjoy curating beautifully crafted digital maps, evocative background music and ambiences, and leveraging Artificial Intelligence to fill in gaps (my artistic ability 🙃) and bring my stories to life. I've been playing Daggerheart for my in-person group and I'm loving the collaborative storytelling approach. It is now my preferred system to run games on!

Creating your character
Welcome and I am excited to roll some dice with you! :) A few quick notes for a strong start: We will plan a session 0 in the Discord chat and discuss setting, character builds, Tier 2 equipment choices, address technical topics or game related questions, and run diagnostics on tech (Roll 20 VTT and Discord Audio/Video). Pick from a list of diverse pre-generated characters, or bring your craziest character build to the table! Custom characters can be created in Demiplane (and linked to Roll20), or uploaded on paper/pdf to Google Drive. Core rulebook recommended, but not required. This should take around 30-45 minutes of the first session, at which point we will have a 15 minute break and continue on to session 1.
