About the adventure
A Lord of the Fey is often busy. When he has children causing some chaos in his lands, he might not have the time to deal with it. But, he has spotted some mortals that might be useful. You, be it by promise of reward, or a threat, have been sent to the Fey Realm. You will travel across the Summer, Autumn, Winter and Spring courts and discover why the nobles there are acting odd and try to find some way to bring balance back to this land. How you do it, whether by force, diplomacy, or cunning, is yours to decide. Remember, the land of the Fey has beauty, and danger aplenty. Which will you discover more?

About me
I have loved DND since I first started playing some years ago. I've been a player for a long time, and have DM'ed off and on. I love all the stories we can tell with DND, and the cooperative story telling DND offers is amazing to me. In spare time I cuddle with my adorable kitty, and play Baldur's Gate. My day job is the gloriously dull work of retail.

Creating your character
Make a character that will be at level 4. You will need a character that is either desperate to protect something, or gain something. You can choose most all DND races from the core book, Tasha's, Humblewood, Xanathar's, Van Richten, Witchlight, and Fizban. Stats will be an array of 17, 15, 13, 12, 10 and 8. You also will get a +1 and +2 you can add to any attribute regardless of your chosen race.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
You will need accounts on discord and roll20.
What Dylan brings to the table
I seek to provide a great amount of player freedom. If possible, as long as it won't disrupt the game, I want to always say 'yes' to my players. I also do my best to come up with voices, and use music to set the mood. In combat I let the dice fall where they may. However, I'm up for the players using creative ideas for their skills. If you have a weird idea, ask me, and I always hope to say yes to it.
Homebrew rules
You can drink potions as a bonus action. You can also as a bard give inspiration as an action or bonus action. Intimidation can be used with your charisma or strength modifier.

Safety
How Dylan creates a safe table
We will be doing lines and veils, and players can make them public or private. During the game, all players can at any time let me know if something is making them uncomfortable, either in voice chat or a private message. In that case I will immediately stop what I'm doing, no questions asked. If ever a player after a session wishes to talk to me about something, I'm always open to listening and doing all I can to make them comfortable.
