About Dylan
I have loved DND since I first started playing some years ago. I've been a player for a long time, and have DM'ed off and on. I love all the stories we can tell with DND, and the cooperative story telling DND offers is amazing to me. In spare time I cuddle with my adorable kitty, and play Baldur's Gate. My day job is the gloriously dull work of retail.

How Dylan runs games
Hello all! My name is Dylan, and I got into DND because of my intense love of storytelling and fantasy. I began as a player and then tried my hand at DM'ing, doing both homebrew and modules. I provide improvisation and am able to come up with characters on the fly, ranging from surly guards to kooky inn keepers to demons. I do my best to give each character a personal stake in a story, rather than just telling them "You're in the story because the plot says so". I want my players to have a personal journey that's different for each of them. In combat, I do follow the rules but I am up for trying something new. If a player wants to try and do something unorthodox with magic or an attack I'm happy to at least give it a try. Last, I do believe as a DM I can win DND. The way I win when I am a DM is simple. I win when my players are having a good time.
