Renji

I have known Dylan for several years and have played with him being a fellow player and a DM. As an DM, he is very engaging. Wanting to make sure everyone is included, even the beginners or the more quiet ones. He is very creative and amazing at improv. He brings life to NPCs, be they random encounters or importance to the story. He is very encouraging, wanting to make sure that everyone is engaged and having fun. Making sure everyone gets their chance to interact or have a character moment. He makes sure that the rules are followed, as well as allowing minor adjustments if it makes it more engaging for the player. (For example he allowed my bard to have Bardic Inspiration as both an bonus action and an action, because he noticed me struggling/not having as much fun,and it helped me feel like I could do more with my character.) He is also very open to helping with characters or backstories, he had incredible knowledge of the game. Which helps keep the game running smoothly, always willingly to answer any questions the player may have no matter what is going on.
