About the adventure
This is a level 5 one shot adventure for DnD 5e/DnD 2024. All classes and subclasses are welcome. All official source books are fair game. You've just arrived in Filton and are enjoying a nice night out at the Two Doors Tavern. The games are about to begin. You are joined by the others in the tavern for what promises to be a fun, friendly competition. Just as the night gets rolling, you hear it. Monstrous thumping and the ground shaking. You go outside and are faced with the great tyrant Ashsnarl. The village is in trouble! How will you respond to the threat?

About me
I have been DMing and playing since 2020 for 3 separate groups in person, online and hybrid with some people online and some people in person. It is something I truly enjoy doing. I have completed multiple campaigns both homebrewed and pre-made modules. I would love to expand my talents into being a professional DM/GM and hope that I can help as many people learn about the game as is possible. My main goal is always for everyone to have fun and have a good time. I'm really flexible and I'm able to work with just about anything and anyone. Creating your character
Character creation should be done before the game starts. If you need help or advice I am always happy to help. All officially published material is open for character creation. Stats will be standard array (15,14,13,12,10,8). Every PC should also pick 2 uncommon magic items. All PCs also get 2 Potions of Healing.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
All characters will need to participate is a mic. We will use Owlbear rodeo for maps and visuals, and Discord for audio/video. IF you do not wish to appear on video that is fine but audio is a must. Characters should be created ahead of time. Always feel free to ask me if you need any help with character creation. I will send discord link after you have joined the game.
What DM Ronarky brings to the table
I do not do many voices and prefer to narrate in third person. While I like to keep things to Rules as Written, I am a big fan of the Rule of Cool. Combat is important but hardly ever is it just a fight to the death without some underlying goal.
Homebrew rules
I like to use critical fail/success tables at the groups discretion Potions are a bonus action. Flanking at groups discretion.

How DM Ronarky creates a safe table
We will be playing using Owlbear Rodeo. There is a chat feature called Rumble where you will be able to use the X, N, & O cards. I like to keep the game moving. If there is a dispute over rules that cant be solved within a minute then I will make a judgement call that is the most fair to the most amount of people. I am fine with going over time if everyone is having a good time. If at any time anyone has questions or concerns about anything please feel free to let me know.
