About the adventure
This play-by-post game runs 24/7 on Discor, giving you the freedom to log in anytime to post, strategise, and interact. The world is in shock. Earth’s greatest hero, its first and fiercest line of defence, has fallen. With villains circling like vultures and the public’s faith crumbling, the Hero Council has made a desperate decision: the next generation of in-training heroes will be moved up, ready or not. You are among them. The cape, the title, and the responsibility are now yours… but can you survive long enough to earn them? This is a play-by-post superhero campaign inspired by Invincible, where high-impact battles meet gritty, character-driven storytelling. Scaling multiple different campaigns all within the same timeline (which means your actions in your campaign may very well impact another ongoing campaign’s world, and vice versa!). You’ll take on the role of a fresh hero just stepping into the spotlight, fighting to protect a world that’s suddenly more dangerous than ever. The focus isn’t just on the action, it’s on the relationships you forge, the choices you make, and how far you’ll go when the line between hero and villain starts to blur. We’ll be using a beginner-friendly, homebrew “Super Six” system built for fast, narrative-focused gameplay. You won’t need to learn hundreds of rules or memorize a complicated power list; just bring your imagination, a few minutes a day to post, and a willingness to collaborate on an epic story. The rules are easy to grasp but flexible enough to let your powers and creativity shine. Create your superhero limited only by your own imagination and live that superhero life we all dreamt of as a kid! Whether you’re new to roleplaying or a seasoned storyteller, you’ll be part of a collaborative comic book saga where your choices shape the plot and the fate of the team.
