As someone with a lot of crazy ideas, overinvestment in TTRPGs, and excitement about getting to meet new people, Elliot is the exact type of GM you want to play with. Every weird idea or kooky concoction of character trait you can come up with is one that he has dealt with that exact idea before and has a plan. Moreover, what his plan is tends to be better than what you would come up with on your own! Also, if you are someone, like me, that deals with an overabundance of anxiety, both Elliot and the people on his server have been good fun to get to know and play with. And, as long as everyone is having a good time, he is fine with going with the flow!

DISCLAIMER: While I did thoroughly enjoy my experience, overall, there was some tension between the DM, which is discussed more below. Ben sometimes struggles to listen to or believe what you are saying when you are telling him how different aspects of his games make you feel, if your feelings do not match his expectations. For example--if a player tell him that a romantic subplot is causing them anxiety (due to rejection sensitive dysphoria) in a horror campaign, he will assume that it is actually the horror aspect of the game and push them towards other, more romance-focused campaigns. However, he is still wonderful and creates games that will make you feel supported, as a player. I would, generally, still advise you to play at his table.
