About the adventure
So you want to be a Pro GM? Captain America memes aside, the first struggle is getting customers through the door, but the real trick is getting them to come back. When you go into chain restaurants or stores, there are a million ads and a thousand rewards programs meant to keep people coming back. My webinar is how to win loyalty with your customers not by being corporate, but by being genuine. In the onboarding (and several office hours a quarter), SP.G tells us that people like booking with human faces, human personalities. The tips I've developed will allow you to extrapolate that concept to a new level. Because when it comes down to drinks with friends or the paid game, the thing that will make your clients choose you, session after session, is if they like you as a person. One could take the lessons I'm teaching and use them for evil, trying to mirror what their clients want to see. Problem is, different clients want different things. This is a fast track to a toxic parasocial relationship and burnout as you try to be someone you're not. The ethical and much more enjoyable path is to be yourself at 110% for your customers so they don't just consider you an entertainment dispenser, but as someone they look forward to seeing each week in a community they enjoy. Best part- you'll enjoy your work more too, and you'll secure a good basis for a long term career.

About me
I've been GM-ing role playing games as long as I've been playing them, going back all the way to ye olde 3.5e days when I was the first in my group to read the Dungeon Master's Guide. Two decades later and this forever DM is ready to share that experience with the world. I've earned my stripes in everything from White Wolf's Storyteller system to several editions and renditions of the DnD formula to the fast and dirty combat of the Shadowrun universe. Multiple campaigns have run to high levels under my stewardship, so you know when you book with me that I'm in it for the long haul. As a neurodivergent person living with a disability, I value the space for creativity and expression that roleplaying games allow for, and I want to give the chance to experience it to everyone. I pride myself on running an inclusive table, and I am a firm believer that neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, disabled, and minority voices enrich the experience for everyone. My email and discord accounts are responsive and checked daily, and I'm always excited to plan character progression, work on background inclusion, or talk mechanics whether you're brand new to the system or an experienced hand. Proudly AI image free, and proud of SP.G, myself, and my community of patrons for donating over $1000 dollars to charities for the disenfranchised, for victims, and to provide better tomorrows for a diverse range of people!
