About the adventure

The Year is 1875 and the city of London is a city that is constantly changing. The lines of power, the lines of infrastructure, and the paths of power through the world evershifting. These shifting lines create distinctions of power, distinctions of wrath, distinctions of envy pride and lust. The weight of these evershifting paths have made cracks in the barrier between here and there, and it is through these cracks that the lowest and most meek of us are able to slip through and escape the shackles of the pit. And should you not escape the pit? Should you not be free to decide the fate of world? We stood in opposition to the creator, all for the sake of them, for their love and for their faith. Yet here we stand forsaken and the Creator's light is dimmer than it has ever been. So go forth then, be their salvation, be their damnation. Be their gods, be their devils. Simply be. For the first time in millenia you have freedom to be. This game is intended as a meditation on what it means to be utterly and absolutely free. Is freedom intended to be a tool to lower others beneath you? Is it something that is used to inspire others to greater heights or is your freedom meant to mark you as jailer of the damned? Players will be members of the same legion of the damned and the prologue will include their creation, their choice to rebell against god, and their fall into the pit before their ascension in Victorian London.
