About the adventure
This campaign will take place in a small town called Falset on the northern continent of Mekheve- a location constantly beset by winter storms. This is intended as an introductory game in order to introduce players into the homebrew world of Alegris by running them through a small adventure related to one of the founding myths as to how Kobolds came to be and the goddess Lyse. This adventure will be equal parts exploration and mystery as the players engage with the townsfolk of Falset and investigate the mystery surrounding the First Frost Festival.

About me
A 20-something year old gamer with a love for the craft and a desire to show others the wonder of tabletop games. I've been in the TTRPG space since I was twelve years old and introduced to it by a friend's sister who ran us through a Changeling: The Lost campaign. Since then I've been a part of multiple pathfinder games from 1 - 20th level alongside GMing my own Spheres of Power, Cyberpunk Red and Lancer games.

Creating your character
For this adventure we will be using DnD 2024 rules, anything in the core rulebook is fine. Players will start at level 1, we will hold a session 0 to go over character creation and ask questions. The Core Rulebook will be provided at that time.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Players will need a discord for voice We will be using Foundry, I will provide a link at Session 0 for everyone.
What Jonathan brings to the table
This will be an introduction into the world and the 2024 rules for DnD5e.
Homebrew rules
I will be giving each of the players half their HP max in temp HP for level 1 to prevent accidental death.
