The Lost and Forbidden City
Dungeons & Dragons 5e | Campaign
About the adventure
This adventure path is a 5e mash-up of three classic DnD Adventures: The Hidden Shrine of Tamoachan, Dwellers of the Forbidden City, and The Lost City. It also features an all new adventure written by me. It begins one year after the ending of the Scourge of the Sea People campaign. After building up and securing Berenike, Ptolemy II, is ready to use the port as a staging area for expeditions further south. He organizes a small fleet of adventurers, diplomats, academics, and merchants and sends them off to explore the southlands and establish trade agreements with far away kingdoms. However, this mission is merely cover for another, much more important objective... Come play these classic DnD adventures with a veteran GM!
Game style
Combat Heavy
“Combat Heavy” games emphasize the combat mechanics within their systems over roleplay or puzzle solving. There are frequent and longer battles with enemies and a greater emphasis on tactical game play.
Dungeon Crawl
A “Dungeon Crawl” is a scenario where players navigate a dungeon or labyrinth-like environment for the entirety of the adventure. It emphasizes battling monsters, collecting loot, and avoiding traps to survive to the end!
Rules as Written (RaW)
Games that are ran “Rules as Written” emphasize realism and stick to the letter of the rules, allowing players to explore creative solutions while still operating under a consistent rule set. Players have the ability to utilize the rules in creative ways to create awesome characters and moments in the game.
We currently have three PCs: 1. Nymph Sorceress/Healer 2. Human Fighter/Monk 3. Dwarf Fighter/Paladin

Storytelling
P.C. runs cool games in the D&D 5e Amazon vs Valkyries setting, a familiar homebrew world based on actual history. The blend of fantasy with ancient civilizations isn't easy but this GM runs it smoothly. If you like history as much as sword & sorcery, or simply enjoyed Assassin's Creed or Total War games, then he's the perfect GM for your games.
