About the adventure
Life in Night City is like a bright fever dream filled with opportunity and danger. Even more so in the lawless Combat Zones. WorldSat, the telecommunications corporation, tried to violently take your home away for a new construction project, but the neighborhood banded together to stop that. Of course, that won't be the end of it. You have other problems to deal with. Making rent, finding affordable food, and the constant threat of anyone else thinking they can take what you have. Especially now since the Bozos, a crazed clown gang with zero self-preservation, are having their civil war in the nearby streets. Just a matter of time before it'll all end up on your doorstep. It's going to be a long night.

About me
My name is Eric (he/him), yet another forever Storyteller who had their first roleplay experience with Vampire: The Masquerade and D&D 3.5 back in the early 2000's. Not long after, I ran my first of many games ever; Star Wars D20. Years later, I gained the reputation as the friend who could whip up a game session from nothing in 15 minutes. This led to some long-running campaigns of my Legend of Zelda (technically still going 19 years later) and my custom-made multiverse game Zoridock (of which I have a campaign which has concluded). I tend to run character driven campaigns that focus on heavy roleplay and narrative threads rather than combat, though I don't shy away from anyone deciding to take the heavy-handed approach. Come help create a collaborative story, one that we'll all look back on with fond memories, and more than a few epic tales to regale other players of. Who's ready for an adventure?

Creating your character
Session 0 will cover the character creation process in the Companion App, and core mechanics, with the option to use 10 available pre-generated character sheets. A basic overview of the setting and the immediate locale where the game will take place will be covered, as well as the roster of npcs that your chosen character often encounters will likewise be gone over for a better sense of history before the first session begins.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
The game will be run on Discord [for all play materials and audio/video], Owlbear Rodeo for maps, and the Cyberpunk Companion App, so a free account will be necessary on all. A decent mic will be a must, with a video camera being optional. I understand that not everyone is comfortable being seen on camera, and I will leave it up to you if you choose to use video. All dice rolls will be handled with Companion App's built-in dice roller.
What The Revelling Bard brings to the table
I will provide character driven story, maps, tokens, optional pre-generated character sheets, a built-in dice-roller, and some voices. The Core Rulebook and optional extra mechanics will be provided.
Homebrew rules
Armor Piercing Ammunition ablates Stopping Power of armor automatically by 1 with a hit, and an additional ablation of 1 if enough damage is dealt over the Stopping Power.

How The Revelling Bard creates a safe table
Session 0 will be used to go over all safety tools, character creation, optional pre-generated characters, basic mechanics, campaign specifics, and professional policies. Breaks will be set two hours into each session, or as needed. The Lines and Veils may be anonymously updated in the Role room documents after each session to reflect what is needed and necessary for everyone at the table.
