About the adventure
Come join us on the Wild Sheep Chase! A fun learn-to-play one-shot where you help a sheep-ish wizard regain their opposable thumbs, taking on transformed assassins and an annoyingly evil apprentice. Easy to start play featuring pre-made characters from the 80's D&D cartoon, briefly featured in Honor Among Thieves! (They were in the cage during the High-Sun Games!) Join us and step into the world of Dungeons and Dragons.
Learn to play D&D in a safe and judgement free environment with other new players. Join me on this journey to getting a basic understanding of how the game works, what adventures look like, and what the next steps are for learning and playing more! A Wild Sheeps Chase is an entertaining adventure, saving a polymorphed wizard (he's been turned into a sheep) from the danger they face, and see if you can steal back the magical item that can return the wizard to their original form! We'll be using pre-made, easy to learn characters, and jumping right into the adventure for a learn-as we go experience. There will be a time after the game to discuss the adventure, and ask more questions. I hope you join the adventure!

Casey is a kind and conscientious GM. He runs fun games with plenty of story elements and all the bells and whistles one could want with DnD Beyond and Roll20. Allows for player agency and creativity. Uses safety tools. Been playing with him for a year and a half and don't plan on looking anywhere else for my online DnD needs.

Casey is an absolutely fantastic GM! Getting started in his campaigns is easy with step by step guidance provided during character creation and a massive catalogue of content to choose from for your build. Rulings at the table are fair and consistent and creativity is always encouraged. He has really helped bring our party together over the last few months by giving each character a chance to shine and be the hero while we got to know each other in character and out. He brings Exandria to life through his rich storytelling, epic combat encounters and well crafted NPC's. 10/10

How to prepare
Players will need accounts on Dndbeyond, Roll20, and Discord - all of them can be free accounts! Bring your imagination!
What I provide
I will provide the discord server for communications (voice) and Roll20 for Maps, as well as the pre-made characters and the fun module A Wild Sheep Chase! I love bringing new players into the hobby, and really look forward to getting to know you all and teach you about this world and how it works!
Gameplay details
I'll be introducing everyone to some standard safety tools that help everyone have fun and stay safe. There will be a pre-game survey for me to get to know some of your lines & veils (these are subjects that we should avoid, either by omitting completely, or by fading to black when the subject is brought up), and to get an idea of what kind of character you'd like to play!
