Isekai Awakened: Reborn in a World of Wonder and Magic
Dungeons & Dragons 5e | Campaign
About the adventure
The moment was fleeting—a crash, an illness, a fall, a flash of light. Whatever ended your life came swiftly, and yet, as you closed your eyes, it wasn’t oblivion that greeted you. Instead, you awoke to the ethereal presence of a divine being. Their voice resonated like a chorus of stars, informing you that your existence had not ended but was about to begin anew. You have been chosen for a purpose, one that even the gods have not dared to reveal fully. Now, you find yourself in Eryndrol, a medieval world teetering on the edge of chaos. Empires crumble under the weight of betrayal, a forgotten evil stirs beneath the earth, and the gods themselves seem fractured and at war. Blessed by the deity who brought you here, you possess a spark of their power—a gift in the form of a boon, an innate talent, or a supernatural edge. But with this gift comes a question: what will you do with your second chance? The world of Eryndrol awaits your story, filled with danger, political intrigue, adventure, dark secrets, and ancient mysteries that tie back to the gods themselves. This is your tale of high adventure, where every choice matters, and the shadows of the past linger. What legacy will you leave in a world that is both foreign and full of opportunity? This campaign is ideal for fans of Re:Zero, Konosuba, Mushoku Tensei, or Sword Art Online. Step into a world where your choices and actions matter, and the second chance you’ve been given is both a blessing and a curse. Will you thrive in Eryndral, or will this new world claim you like the last? Tone: A blend of adventure, drama, and dark themes. Expect moments of levity and camaraderie, balanced by moral dilemmas and challenging encounters. Player Level: Characters begin at Level 3 and have a free feat to reflect their newfound power given to them.
Game style
Rule of Cool (RoC)
“Rule of Cool” emphasizes creative story beats over sticking to a system’s rules as written. Players have the ability to push the limits of the rules or even break core rule mechanics at times if the Game Master thinks it is interesting, fun, or cool enough.
Combat Heavy
“Combat Heavy” games emphasize the combat mechanics within their systems over roleplay or puzzle solving. There are frequent and longer battles with enemies and a greater emphasis on tactical game play.
Roleplay Heavy
“Roleplay Heavy” games place the focus on the story, the characters, and the world they live within, and tend to lean hard into the various roleplaying elements of the game. These games will frequently find the party talking with NPCs, exploring the personal elements of their backstories, or even having emotional moments around the camp fire.

Grim is a great storyteller and always builds very immersive worlds. He is always open to listening to what you want to do with your character and comes up with ways to help you achieve it. He always has a good atmosphere at his tables and has a very good balance of combat and roll play. His maps and visuals are always very good, to increase the player experience. I always enjoy the sessions.
Eric is a great story teller, who crafts vast and interesting worlds to explore. Although there is a great main plot to follow, our party often went off road to explore different avenues, much to our delight and often at risk of death! Encounters had weight and it always felt like our actions had a real impact on the world around us. 10/10 would recommend.
