About me

Hey everyone. I generally enjoy DM'ing sessions that are set in a world that feels lived in, encouraging layers to explore freely. My style is to always try to make the world feel alive so that when you make choices other things are still happening in the background, because that's how life works. I have played and DM'd an even amount, so I try to run games that I would want to be apart of. I enjoy a solid balance of RP and combat. Good plot points throughout the world make for a variety of fun, challenging, and impactful experiences, in my opinion, so that's what I set out to achieve while we all have a good time.

GM Style

I am a passionate story teller, finding joy and fun in exploring worlds, plots, and developing characters. My love for character development and strategy comes through in my combat encounters, and is reflected in my desire to develop ordinary characters into heroes. My sessions are a balance of RP and combat, requiring players to consider all encounters within the context of the game as all their actions will have consequences. I use Foundry and Discord to enhance gameplay and facilitate emersion, with themed music and maps to set the tone. Players are encouraged to join session 0, where I will help build characters that players want to play and establish their connection tot he world. This also enables players to get to know each other and establish connections between their characters should they wish. Session 0 is important for me so I can learn what each player enjoys and can incorporate back stories into the campaign.
