About the adventure
Welcome to the beating heart of the Empire! You investigate the cases Scotland Yard will not or cannot take on--cases only you and your compatriots have the knowledge and know-how to handle. But such things weigh on the soul, and erode the mind. Can you stay one step ahead of the terrors that haunt the foggy streets of London? How long can you stand against the night? This is a serialized campaign composed of stand-alone cases, tied together by your individual character arcs and the schemes of secret organizations operating in the shadows. Individual cases should take from 3-5 sessions to complete. JOIN ANYTIME! Inspired by series such as The Alienist, Lord of Mysteries, Penny Dreadful, and the darkest of Sherlock Holmes stories.

About me
Hi there, I'm Casey. If you enjoy mystery, a little horror, and a focus on roleplay and engagement, one of my games might be for you. I've been involved in this awesome hobby since the early nineties and have yet to grow tired of it. In that time, I've moved away from crunchy, tactical games to character focused stories, because for me, it's best when everyone can collaborate and 'play to see what happens.' Whether it's a long running game, like our 4.5 year Vampire campaign that spanned centuries, taking players from freshly embraced noobs to infamous elders, or a one-shot of Call of Cthulhu designed to introduce new players to the game, your input as players is what keeps things interesting and engaging for everyone. Creating your character
SESSION 0 IS FREE ♦️We will use the Cthulhu by Gaslight Investigators' Guide to create our characters. ♦️Station and reputation matter in Gaslight. Your Credit Rating skill reflects your character's place in London's complex classist society. Gaslight's reputation system reflects how others in your class perceive your character. ♦️All players can contribute ideas toward what our detective agency will be like, where it is, and what type of resources are available there. ♦️New players will have an individual on-boarding session to integrate their character into the setting. ♦️This is a serialized campaign. Each case can stand on it's own, and no prior knowledge of the campaign is required to join.
