About the adventure
Long ago, a war between gods of good and evil scoured the surface of the world of Exandria. Both the noble Prime Deities and the selfish Betrayer Gods imbued their mortal champions with supernatural gifts that granted them strength enough to challenge their divine foes. The greatest of these champions was Alyxian the Apotheon, who received the blessings of three Prime Deities to save the world from the apocalyptic power of the Betrayer Gods. Centuries later, all knowledge of this godlike hero has been lost to time, and a group of adventurers are called upon to retrace this mythic hero’s steps and free him from his timeless prison. The tale begins in lands familiar to Critical Role fans—the war-scarred wastes of Xhorhas and the glimmering oasis city of Ank’Harel—but ultimately stretches beyond the Material Plane to a realm of lightless despair known as the Netherdeep. This is a continuation of a previous campaign, starting at level 10+. The campaign will be modified to be level appropriate.

Creating your character
You will have access to the content I have available on DnD Beyond. If you need something specific, I will do my best to acquire the appropriate source material on the site. You are free to pre-build characters before Session 0. Stats will be rolled on Discord. If not satisfied, then you may use Standard Array or Point Buy. Players will be able to roll for magic items before the campaign.
This is a follow-up adventure to a previous campaign using Call of the Netherdeep modified for higher levels.

What DM Jai brings to the table
I am a professional actor, so expect great role-play and engaging characters. Voices and dialects will be used as much as I can. I focus on collaborative story building and will lean rulings more towards what tells the best story (Rule of Cool). Beautiful maps and tokens from the publisher and a high standard of art for maps. I own a handful of DnD Beyond content for character building and will do my best to provide what you need. Discord server with a great community of players for voice chat during play.
