About the adventure
On this adventure, you'll travel through forests and hills, grasslands and caves, ancient ruins, dungeons, and caves on a quest to find out what happened to your friend Gundren Rockseeker, who recently went missing after making a major discovery that could change the Sword Coast forever! You'll head to Phandalin, an old mining town full of friendly townsfolk who await for the supplies you bring, and a group of theives and thugs who've been keeping a choak-hold on the town for far to long... and they don't like visitors. There will be hidden passages to find, treasure to take for yourself, and plenty of friends and enemies to make along the way. You're decisions effect the world around you - so get creative! But stay cautious... you'll Roleplay with NPCs and party members, and you'll need to put your brains together to solve puzzles and challenges.

About me
I'm a screenwriter and filmmaker when I'm not at the movies, volunteering with my church, or spending time with family. When I started playing D&D and eventually Game Mastering, it was more of a narrative, brain-working exercise for me - but now I'm passionate about the game and I believe I have something special to offer my players.

Creating your character
Characters will start at level 1. Character creation can start before Session 0. Characters should be fully created by Session 1. I can be reached on Discord if additional help is needed after Session 0 before we start Session 1. I can provide pre-made characters if needed.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Webcam isn't required, but a mic is. Players will need to read the rules ahead of Session 1. If they have questions, they should ask them during Session 0, or can reach me through Discord. Players can either create their own characters or I can provide premade characters. We will be using Discord. Please share scans/links of your character sheets with me on the Character Sheets Text Channel.
What The Cloaked Storymaster brings to the table
If players give me a vivid description of their characters I can create character art for them in most cases. If players need a premade character, I can provide that if needed. I use character voices for most characters and music/soundeffects to create an imerssive experience for my players.

How The Cloaked Storymaster creates a safe table
All of the Lines and Veils will be discussed in Session 0. Following Session 0 I will send a re-cap of the Lines and Veils to the Discord Server. At any time, players can silently communicate X, N, & O's through the "X, N, & O" text channel on Discord. From there we can pause the game, discuss the issue, and make changes from there.
