About me
42, Scot, he/him. I began running and playing RPGs in 1997. I've run hundreds of games online, in person and at cons. I put in a lot of prep for games in Foundry: character art, music, maps, short films. If you've played Coriolis "Last Flight of the Ghazali" or Delta Green "Last Things Last" and "Night Floors", you may have seen my community maps in use.

What to expect
Preparing for the session
Mic will be needed, computer or tablet able to run Foundry VTT in a web interface.
What Richard brings to the table
I have the full suite of Free League goodies for Alien RPG, with tokens, rollable tables, maps and funky dice. I've run this module five or six times since it was released. There will be lots of time to devote to making sure all the players interact with the universe and each other. Combat will be short, decisive and rewarding for the inventive. I tend not to use ambient music as it distracts me from listening to players.

How Richard creates a safe table
Foundry (free account registration required) will be used for maps, character sheets and rolls. Discord will be used for voice and (if desired) video. There will be a short Session 0 to go over the pre-generated characters provided by the module author, ask questions about the system, and run through what players do/do not want from their space horror. As written, this module can be violent and gory. A mature outlook is encouraged, although making sure everyone has fun is the name of the game. As such, we will use the full suite of Foundry safety tools in a card deck. There is an open door policy and players can message me on Discord if they believe something problematic is coming up.
